This decorated Mardi Gras wreath welcomes the Mardi Gras spirit into any room. The decorated Mardi Gras wreath is made of purple, green and gold foil tinsel . The decorated Mardi Gras wreath is 18" in diameter and has a sturdy metal wire frame. The tinsel is is then tied to and glued to this framework. At one end is a small gold loop for hanging, though you can hang it from the frame with no worries.
