We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or issue a credit to your credit card.

IMPORTANT: Carefully pack the return items using plenty of padding material to protect the items, and include a copy of your invoice. If possible, use the same packaging that was used when we shipped the items to you. We must receive the items in original, unused and fully resalable condition for an exchange or refund.

Please send your return package via UPS, FedEx, or Parcel Post insured. Insurance will protect you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. We do not refund for any shipping and handling charges you may incur. Please send us an e-mail with your order number before returning any item(s).

 

  • We will issue a credit to your credit card for products that you paid for (including any sales tax but not including shipping charges) or we will replace them with identical or comparable products, at your choice, when each of the following conditions has been met:
  • We must receive the candles, including packaging, within thirty (30) days after we shipped them to you, and The candles, including packaging, must be in original, unused and resalable condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect, and
  • The candles must be accompanied by either the receipt or the packing slip we provided to you.

If you return defective items to us we will replace them and we will pay shipping costs to send the replacement items to you.

Goods Damaged During Shipping:


If you receive item(s) that were damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately.We will instruct you on the next steps, depending on the details of the damage.
