These champagne flute and wine glass candles are the perfect way to "toast" the new Bride and Groom or to give thanks to your wonderful bridesmaids.This classically styled glassware, adorned with our custom designed royal lily, offers beautiful style in addition to function. Each glass is hand poured with our highly fragranced palm wax to create these stunning candles. Candles come giftwrapped in a clear cello bag with white satin ribbon and white flower confetti (as seen in additional photos). Glassware is safe to use a drinkware once candle is burned, All glassware is dishwasher safe. Each piece is handcrafted in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sold Individually.
The fleur-de-lis a stylized depiction of the Lily is said to symbolize perfection, purity, light, and life. The history of this symbols use is shrouded mystery and aura, making it even more cherished to people in so many cities such as Quebec, New Orleans and St. Louis. It was used A badge of French royalty until the Revolution and by the Catholic Church to symbolize the Holy Trinity and the Virgin Mary. Following Hurricane Katrina, the fleur-de-lis has been widely used in New Orleans as a symbol of grassroots support for New Orleans' recovery.
